The Lacey Branch of the Ocean County Library is committed to living out the vision of the Ocean County Library System and serving our local community.  We provide not only a wide variety of books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, and free E-books, but also provide computer classes for adults, and quality programming for children, teens and adults.  We are your source for any informational needs, including information for victims of Hurricane Sandy.  The library hosts author visits, musical concerts, and monthly art displays.  The County Connections Van is here the third Tuesday of the month and the Horizon Blue Cross Blue to You Van comes quarterly to provide health information and basic screenings.  The library has computers available for use by the public, as well as a scanner, copier machines, and a fax machine; the Lacey branch is one of the four Ocean County Library branches with a BARD (Braille and Audio Reading Download) computer to help bring services to Ocean County residents who have vision or physical limitations that prevent them from reading or holding print material (this is through an Ocean County Library partnership with the Talking Book and Braille Center). The Lacey Library is open from 9am-9pm Monday through Thursday, and 9 am - 5 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.   Call us for more information – we are happy to help you!
