Sellers: I’ll go over all the recent sales and help you price your home to ensure buyer interest. We will take a good look at the home and I will offer tips on what might need to be done to optimize your selling potential. I’ll make sure that potential buyers are pre-qualified for their mortgage so you know when it is being shown, the buyers are serious. I’ll walk you through the home inspection and I am always available to address your concerns. I will explain the C/O inspection and schedule it for you.
My job is to make sure that when we get to the closing table, everyone is happy with the outcome and every issue has been addressed.
I supply all my clients with up to date market reports to make sure they are aware of current market values. I pride myself on making sure my clients are fully satisfied with my performance because if they are not happy they won’t recommend me to friends and family.
